As most of ya girls know my Dad has active
hep c, serosis of the liver, cancer,
tumors and is now retaining fluids. He was
sent home yesterda while still retaining
fluids, health question hospital sent him
home when he should still be there. I mean
do they think we know when its time to
bring him in to drain the fluids? What
idiots, they diddnt even send him a
private nurse home to take care of him,
(seeing he only lives with his g/f who
works full time) its not like him doped up
on morphine can take care of himself alone
hello! He cant even walk, eat or pee by
himself! I'm so mad, I hope he goes back
to the hospital in Mather where he has
good drs who make the right choices for
him! My Dads g/f is trying hard to get him
back there asap! Wish me luck ladies, my
dad is diying, no / about it, plz pray for
us! thankyou!
aww hunny.. I am sorry that that is
happening.. I know how you feel my Real
mom has hep c and she is on an emergency
donor list and all kinds of stuff.. It
seems her bladder is just falling out.. I
really wish I had some advice.. or
something.. But I don't I do hope he gets
better I will pray for you.. and If you

(((hugs))) Have the g/f call hospice on
her own. I know in my state, they don't
automatically send a nurse. You need to
call and get one. But they don't do the 24
hour thing - the nurse just checks in. I
don't know what you dad could qualify
for.
When your dad needs care, just have the
g/f drive him straight to the other
hospital (with the good care). If she
takes him to that ER, then they will admit
him there.

Thanks girls! It really helps having
support through all of this, especially
since I just had my first baby, a son on
the 9th of last month

I'm sorry you are going through this.
I'll keep your dad in my prayers, also.
I cannot believe the hospital sent him
home in that condition! You should call
his doctor and ask him why he was sent
home, and how you are supposed to give him
adequate care.
