Since i have the baby shower date set and my fam and friends are so far away i thought it would be nice to tell those who are not close by that it was in may and to try to block out may 3rd, well a friend of mine since 96 i left him a comment on myspace so that he could be aware of the shower, his lame azz girlfriend got mad sent me a note asking me who the f am i and why the f was i telling him to come to my shower....mind you she is 25 and acting like she is 16

You could mail 'Save the Date' cards. That would be very appropriate. Wink

A save the date card is that you have the intention of throwing a party on such and such a date. It is exactly like what you did, except more formal.

I hate to admit that I might be too. If my husband was invited to some woman's baby shower... a woman I had never met and I saw it on his myspace... There are definitely times in my life where that would have cause me to get a little upset.
