Loosing the Weight, Finally!!

Well guys as you know it has been a year
since I have sean and I am still a blimp.
So decided to do something about it. I
have joined curves international. And I
am so happy about my decision. It is only
going to cost be $10 a month and I only
have to go 3 times a week. (i joined a
family plan that is why it is so cheap.
My aunt is paying $30 a month!). My aunt
and I are doing this together so that she
can keep me motivated, and then she can
firm up too!!
In case you dont know curves is the
largest fitness franchise in the world
with 7000 locations in the states, canada,
europe, and mexico. They are the first
fitness and weight loss facility dedicated

exercise, and nutritional guidance to

just have a 30 minutes workout, you use
machines, but not weights, it is all

I go to sign the contract tonight, and my
first workout is tomorrow!! I am so
excited!!

Thats great stacie!!! I'm so happy for
you  I got you get the
desired results! Actually curves is the
only commercial I like for weight loss it
doesnt make you feel fat and it promotes
feeling better about yourself rather then
just beink stick thin! Best of luck!

Thanks, I am really excited. I havent
even started yet but to see the women
there, and to see actual people with
actual results ( I met a couple) it made
me feel better already!!

Thats so good stacie!! Me and my mom have
been going to the gym and since monday I
have lost 2 lbs!! I cant belive it! I am
eatting heatlhy too cuz when I go to
austrila I have to have a killer body!!!
Me and my mom were going to join curves
but I didnt like it they told me I have to
be 97 lbs!!!!! Thats too tiny!! I want
to be around 120 lbs.

At this curves you set your own goal. I
set a goal of loosing like 30lbs so that
is 17 1/2 inches, from everywhere!! I am
really excited!!
