Herniation can occur over time or occur
abruptly. Impingement on the nerves may
not occur right away. The blood supply to
the nerves can be impaired and the nerves
may swell. All of this can occur over
time. It can take time for any nerve
damage to occur and the symptoms of such
to appear. Cervical nerve damage can
effect upper back, shoulders, arms. Hope
this helped.

Cervical home traction, PT, NSAIDs,
Epidural steroid injections, time are the
best ways. There is a minimally invasive
way to decompress the disc through a
needle: cervical plasma disc
decompression (used to be called coblation
nucleoplasty)

So i would tell my doctor about this and
he would do what, send me to another
doctor or could he do this. How long would
this last getting these injections?
