My husband has had an essential tremor
which started in his teens..our 15 yr old
son has now also developed it:(
Worse when they have done physical
activity. Both pretty functional otherwise
tho:)

Stress & exertion make it worse. I've
had it since childhood (not really even
noticable) but it's gone out of control in
the last year. Finally get in to see a
neurologist next week. Just had some
questions for someone in the trenches.
