Good for you then! If the baby is fine, then there is no need to worry. Not all women need to gain the recommended 25-30 lb weight during pregnancy, especially if they are already over weight. Just continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and eat a nutritious diet.

I lost weight while pregnant as well. It was weight tho that I needed to loose and my baby was fine. He is 7 mths old now and doing excellent. Sometimes women who are a little heavier like I am, loose instead of gain. Technically, you loose more than what shows, and gain back the baby. As soon as I had my little man, i dropped another 15 lbs. So, I had pretty much lost that too while preg. It was a good feeling thats for sure. So long as the baby is fine, I am sure you have nothing to worry about.

Good luck!

I am 27 weeks and have only gained two pounds so far. The first 4 months I was sick and think that I lost some weight, so the two pounds that I gained now are probably some of what I lost in the beginning. The dr said usually they like people to gain 25-30 pounds, but if everything is fine with the baby's growth then it is not necessay. Thank god that is a good sign for me. Maybe it will be easier to get some of the weight off after the baby comes. Good luck in the rest of your pregnancy.

no i dont think 25 pounds is a lot to gain. i'm 26 weeks and have gained about 25 pounds as well. I'm 5'6 and was 120 pounds to begin with. The doctor said I was underweight to begin with and that 25 pounds wasn't too much weight to gain.
