Cbt deals with the way you are thinking or
processing your thoughts as that is what
is causing your anxiety. I have always
struggled with my thoughts but now that I
have learned to use the tea form to
counter them in my cbt group I am feeling
so much better. Once you catch and correct
your various thinking errors that cause
your anxiety you will start to feel a lot
better. The tea form exercise is the
exercise that has helped me the most but I
do all the ones in the book called been
there,done that? Do this! By sam obitz
that we are used in our group. It's a
simple book with lots of common sense and
I recommend it all the time. My group
ended almost two years ago and my life
keeps getting better and better

There are many ways you can get cbt.
Psychologists can administer it, sometimes
on an individual basis or sometimes in
small groups. (works better individually).
There are also some self-help type books
that you can get and try do on your own.

Like Georgia said there are several
options for doing cbt. Being in a group
was awesome for me but some prefer
individual treatment and others are
self-motivated enough to do it on their
own through books. Whatever you choose the
key is doing the exercises daily!!!
