2 years ago i had consulted a doc for the pungent fluid from navel.He prescribed me an antibiotics and it worked.But it has again surfaced now along with a new prob.A cotton like thing is also coming out along with the filthy smelling fluid.

Sounds like you aren't washing and drying your belly button good when you bathe, so it is getting infected. You can try cleaning it out with a q-tip and some peroxide after bathing and drying it well with a blow dryer.
