Around a month ago I started to get facial twitching/spazms, as well as severe fatigue. The twitches started off occuring once or twice a day but now they have been happening numerous times on the hour. As I am typing this I have experience two spazms already. My eyes feel dry and my face feels as if it is stiff. As for the fatigue, no matter how many hours of sleep I recieve at night, I alsways wake up feeling tired. I do not know if it has anything to do with it but I also have been feeling pain in my ears almost as if I have an ear infection but I dont. Im starting to get worried and if anybody could give me any suggestions, information or any idea what so ever on what I may have I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

i think you should also post in neurological disorders. it sounds like chronic fatigue too and you should check out the ear nose and throat forum. dont hesitate to post in multiple forums. the more people that see it--the more help you get
