I thought u were done losin? Anyhow..
I wont congradulate u.. Because last I
knew, u were eating 400-500 calories a day
to get where u are..I wont congradulate
someone for losing weight when their in
the process of developing an eating
disorder to get there.. As u know ive
been struggling with my e/d for a long
long time, and it only makes me so sad to
see someone starting to develope one,
almost kinda consiously....If u changed ur
mind and have started eating healthy, and
are losing the weight healthily, then I am
definitly happy for you. If not, then I
hope u change your ways, for you, and for
your son, before it gets way out of hand.
Plus.. The weight u lose when starving
yourself (which is still 500 cals a day of
course, and anytihng under 1,200) then
that weight just comes back and u would be
depressed....I wish I never wouldve
started losing weight by starving, purging
etc.. Trust me, its much better
healthy..U'll end up trapped, u have no
idea how bad it can get.. But anyhow im
babbling..Maybe u have changed your ways,
but last I knew, u said u were barely
eating at all..?

I dont get why people are
congradulating...That only makes things
worse, its a motivator for people that
have this problem to keep starving because
their 'doing so well' and 'look so good' .
.. . . U looked good b4, u
look good now.. But u dont need to keep
losing.. And definitly dont need to keep
starving. I remember u asked me a long
time ago how to lose healthy, ,and I tried
to talk to u about it,then next I knew u
eating 500 cals a day.
I know it might make me a hypocrite, I
just hate seeing other people on a
terrible path.

Blu i'm glad your happy but I have to side
with kari on this one. Having also
suffered with an e/d for all of my teenage
years and still struggling with one now I
cannot support your weight loss unless its
done in a healthy manner. If you were
eating normally (as kari said about 1200
calories which is considered weight
l.O.S.S.) then I would congrtulate you
like crazy but it scares me so much to
think that your getting pulled into this
trap. It's hell it really is and I hope
you get out of it before it pulls you down
too deep.

It's not so much that i'm doing it on
purpose...I just don't eat because i'm not
hungry...Honest. I get full really fast
and i've always had a slow metabolism
because of it. My mom has the same
problem, maybe it's genetic? I dunno it's
kinda weird. Like at a party all my
friends will be pigging out and they're
like, "geez you hardly ate..Why aren't you
piggin out w/ us?" it's not cuz I choose
not to, it's because I seriously fill up
fast. I can eat half of a peanut butter
and jelly sandwich and feel full. I'm
actually not eating 500 calories a day
anymore, now i'm up to 800 or so. I
haven't been losing the weight by starving
myself or anything like that. I
seriously have been working out every day.
Lol, trust me, i've tried to lose weight
before by dieting and it just doesn't work
with me because I have such a low
metabolism.

Think you look great before and after, you
dont need to do so much working out
though. I think you looked fine.

800 cals is starving.. Wether ur hungry
or not, u just gotta force urself to eat
at least 1200 no matter what. For your
health and for the sake of taking care of
a baby. And thats what I used to say too
that im 'not hungry'.. And after a
while, your not. .But I know u began it
because b4 when I talked to u, u werent
down that low, and were asking questions
about losing weight and being anorexic
etc.. Then u told me u started
restricting. .So although u may not
'feel' hungry, your body is...And losing
weight on that low of cals will just come
right back if u keep it up.. And u might
be losing by excersizing.. But it doesnt
make it healthy, its even unhealthier if
ur excersizing on that low of cals. I
used to do the same thing. .And I still
have trouble with my e/d. .But get out
while u can. The only way I ever did
better (which was for my baby) was by
forcing myself to up my cals. .Sure, I
didnt feel hungry for em either at first.
I just really hope u save ur self b4 its
too late.
