When I needed to gain weight Mom fixed
milk shakes made with cream, ice cream and
eggs (no protein powder back then). She
also put cream on my cereal, made hot
chocolate with cream, etc.
There's a section about nutrition here,
you might get good results by posting your
question there, too.

Different factors make us what we weigh.
Some of it we don't have any control over.
Some people just have high metabolic
rates that will never allow them to get
over a certain weight.
Eat a healthy diet and exercise....this
can't do you any harm. Part of it is
going to come down to just being happy
with the weight you are because that's the
way you are supposed to be. Some people
have to live with being heavier because
that is the way they are supposed to be.
Don't try to gain "bad" weight....you
wouldn't want to put on unhealthy fat
stores in your arteries or raise your
cholesterol.
