What? I have had a few terrible dates, I
have to say! One guy took me to dinner on
our first (and last) date: it was a
working man's club and we shared a table
with his depressing, bickering parents and
he left me with them all evening while he
flirted with other women. Another guy
whom I had been fixated on for weeks
finally asked me out for an afternoon
stroll in the park - ice creams, feed the
ducks, that sort of thing - he pushed me
into the bushes and tried to rape me in
broad daylight! I fought and screamed and
ran off. I never told anyone about it
because I was 15 and scared he would come
and get me! But the worst one was when
the guy I had been seeing for months had
set up a cosy romantic evening for us at
his place and we were just about to get
intimate for the first time when the cops
broke down his door and arrested him for
unpaid speeding fines!

Oh Shonter sorry to hear that! Men who
rapes women aren't men because they don't
respect the gender that he came from.
Sorry if I hurt anyone's feeling but
something like that happened to me and I
thought it was okay, I went out with this
guy at the age of 21, I went out with him
after knowing him on the phone for 4 years
and never went out with him but for the
first time I asked him I did that on a
rebound it was our first date ever and I
don't wheather that is okay because we
kissed and there were no penetration.

Well, I did manage to fight him off and he
was a lot bigger than me so maybe he
wasn't all that determined - he was just
trying his luck in a somewhat forceful
way! The thing was that I had know him at
school and through friends, and that made
it more surprising as he knew everyone I
knew! Interestingly, he became a cop
after that!

Well the only guy I have ever dated was my
husband.......except for ONE guy and that
lasted 2 days. It's actually a really
funny story.
I was already seeing my future husband,
but since he was a teacher and I was
student, it was not considered an
reasonable relationship, so we were seeing
each other privately.
I worked in a restaurant and this guy that
I had known from town for quite a while
asked if I wanted to go out that night...I
was like me? Really? And he laughed and
said, what do you think I'd been waiting
around these 5 years for? So I was like
OKKKKKKK...sure I'll go out with you. It
had been advised to me to go out with
several people, not just one person after
I graduated, and I used to work with this
guy a few years before. It was funny tho
because he was over a foot taller than me
My future husband's sister saw me with him
and pointed it out to my husband and said,
aren't you jealous?? He tried not to act
like he cared lol. Actually it was ok
with him...he knew I was supposed to try
to do out with another person
So he calls up my house and my mom makes
him ask her permission first, and then he
was allowed to talk to me on the phone.
He comes and we drive off. I didn't know
what we were doing, so I put on some nice
clothes. I did tell him I was already
seeing someone else, but he said, oh yeah
well he could be the coverup date so
everyone would think I was going out with
him and not my future husband.
I was like...yeah ok (if I could stand
him). So we drove into the city about 30
minutes and just talked about what we've
been doing. He'd been out of town for a
while in the military and I had just
graduated high school, so it was a little
funny. It turns out he didn't know what
to do with me at all.
We drove around town. We finally stopped
at the theater, but the shows were getting
out past 11 by then and I had to be home
by 11. He didn't even know what was good
to watch. Then he said, well we could go
walk around the mall..."I'm not your
typical kind of guy" I'll walk around the
mall and window shop with ya. But we
didn't.
I think we must have driven like over half
the city and then we just came back. We
were early, so he just sat there in the
car with me and talked. And he was like,
Hey, you wanna hold hand? LOL. Of course,
he was joking, but kinda not, but I didn't
want to, so we didn't. So then he
proceeded to tell me all the bad stuff he
did in his past years and it was a total
TMI. Stuff you wouldn't tell anyone
unless you were starting to get serious.
Not on a casual first date.
So that was that.
He invited me to go out to breakfast with
him the next day, so I said ok. Turns out
he invited 4 other girls to go too, so we
literally crammed ourselves like sardines
into his tiny car and went the 30 minute
drive to the city again. He paid for my
meal. Then we drove back, dropped off the
others, and went to this stupid hospital
grand opening where he just kinda walked
around and tried to make me catch up with
him I guess. Then we drove out into the
country a bit and he took some pictures of
me and some horses and then we drove home.
That was it lol.
I said no next time he asked me. My
future husband had asked his boss if it
was ok to date me publicly and he had said
yes, so there was no need for the coverup
and I was glad because I wasn't really
happy going with someone else.
About Christmastime I got a letter from
him with the pictures he had taken on our
day out. The college secretary helped me
make the envelope look like I hadn't
opened it and we sent it back to him. I
was engaged to be married about a few
weeks later.
What a ride

Wow! That's crazy.... and a good thing the
cops busted you sooner than later, for
many reasons there I can't believe
that someone would think he could get away
with raping you in broad daylight...what a
loser!

I have been with the same person for so
long that its hard to remember ... all my
dates in high school sucked and a couple
of times I went out with guys that I had
absolutely nothing in common with so there
was nothing to talk about and it was
uncomfortable...silence at the dinner
table on a first date is always a bad
sign..

Hahaha. Once I went on a date with this
guy Tim. We were trying to get into a
rated R movie back when we were 16. They
carded us and would not let us in. We
called his dad up, and his dad came down
to the movie theater saying we have
permission to see the movie. The movie
theater said that is not good enough and
he has to physically go into the theater
and watch the movie with us. Needless to
say, our "cute, romantic" date turned into
a nerve wrecking father-son-girlfriend
movie.

Totally groovy.
Worst date would have to be with this
medical student when I was an undergrad.
He was kind of mediocre looking, but as I
don't judge a book by its cover, I thought
I'd give it a go. I met him at the cool
restaurant/bar where I was working as a
waitress and he came in a few nights a
week when we had music. So we had THAT in
common. He arrived smelling like too much
aftershave, and just tried a little too
hard the entire night. I was really bored
at dinner (know exactly what you're
talking about Homer) and then it was out
for a drink to the restaurant/bar.
Mistake. I was embarrassed to be there
with him. So now home for a bit, just to
get out of there. Don't know why (being
nice, I suppose) but I asked him in. We
sat on the couch and then he leans over
for a big ole kiss (he had a little too
much to drink and bad breath) and I just
moved out of the way and asked him to
leave. I was "tired" and needed to study.
Ha! On a Friday night!

My worst date ever was with this guy
Craig. It started out nice we went to the
movies and dinner, than when were driving
home he went to go into the turning lane
but didnt look to see if there was anyone
on the side of him.
He cut off and almost hit a group of
streight edgers ( i dont think other
states have them, there basicly a very
mean gang) One of them started trying to
climb out the window and get into our open
driver side window! They were yelling and
threating to kill us.
we turned the cuner and they followed us
and tryed to ram us off the road! I was
scared so bad! so we turned into my
neighber hood and they kept following us i
didnt want to lead them to my house so i
tould him to keep driving around the block
taking random turns so we could try to
lose them. That didnt work so i pulled
out my cell phone and tould my dad to get
out frunt as fast as he could (hes a
pretty big guy, id be afraid of him lol)
So we went back around to my house and
pulled up and stoped, but my dad wasnt out
yet, they pulled up and got out when my
dad came out they looked at him and said
they were just asking for directions and
drove off. Needless to say, i never talked
to craig again, and every time a ran into
that group of Streight edges i prayed they
didnt recognise me!

= ben's best dates ever, that's like a
requirement for me "must love mcdonalds"
my worst date involved getting far to
drunk and a few bad pills and i vomited
all over my gf XD , probably worse for her
than for me lol.
Currently have a relationship over the
internet, no dates sucks a lot more.
