hi there can people get burning sensation
down both sides of spine from back of neck
to middle back with acid reflux and around
shoulder blades?

its not coming from throat but i do get a
horrible taste in mouth and tongue coated
yellow

Yes, it could be from the acid reflux.
It causes burning sensation that comes
from the chest, behind the breastbone,
squeezing and radiating to the back,
lasting from a few minutes to hours.
Acid reflux, is a possible cause of tongue
yellowing, too. It may be that the acid
rearranges the mouth’s normal bacterial
flora, and some of it may have a yellow
hue.
Actually, balance of normal and abnormal
bacteria is disturbed, and an overgrowth
of Candida fungus appears causing yellow
coating of the tongue.
Having a oral thrush (white,creamy or
yellow coated tongue) is one of the
symptoms of esophagitis (inflammation and
damage of mucous membrane of the food
pipe), condition commonly caused by acid
reflux.
Do you have this coating in form of yellow
raised spots on the surface?
