Anxiety Is A "Bottled" Emotion!

Any negative emotion including anxiety and depression can be "bottled" in the humans energy system. If these emotions are not resolved in a timely manner after they are noticed, the subconcious mind holds onto them, attatched to the memory (thought) which it was created from. There is now a final cure for "bottled" emotions and it is called Negative Emotional Release Treatment. There are many treatments which can resolve "bottled emotions" such as acupuncture, reiki and hypnotherapy.. All adressing the humans energy system, but the most powerful and only way to resolve every negative emotion from the energy database is NERT. Through my personal experience with severe depression and anxiety I was able to pinpoint the cause and then cure this problem. I have now resolved all bottled emotions and now live a happier life than I ever have before!
NERT can be learned and self applied without any risk of mistake.

I have alway been that way. Keeping all my anger inside and then when I blow I really blow. I also think that is part and parcel to Bipolar disorder.

I know that I do this too. My husband encourages me to deal with my problems as they come and talk about them, not try to get through everything by myself and keep them on the inside for a big blow-up of emotions later, which I almost inevitably do!
