Ok I dont know wut topic it goes under but
on my stomach right below my belly button
and above my penis there r these lil
bumps. They r like zits kind of but when I
scratch one there is no puss or anything,
just the bump comes off and they bleed.
They dont itch and r only on the pelvis
area. Wut r they and should I be worried
about them.

It is difficult to diagnose “bumps like
zits on the pelvis area”, but given your
description (no itching and no pus coming
out of them but bleed) they could be some
type pf warts. You can visit your GP first
and then a dermatologist, if necessary for
a precise diagnosis, treatment, and
