My period lasts 7 days and it comes about
every 33 days, my last period was april
1st am I late? If so how many days.
Could I be pregnant? (today is may 4th)

You could be late for a whole myriad of
reasons: pregnancy, stress, sickness...
Have any other signs? Or just a late
period?

Those symptoms when associated with
pregnancy do not occur until your several
months into being pregnant. They occur
when the baby gets to a certain size and
puts extra pressure on your bladder and
stomach. You would not experience this
even if you were a month pregnant. I
would see the doctor, maybe it's something
else.
