Ok, My whole life i have had this habbit of biting my cheeks/ tounge and i dont even know i am doin it sometimes i nhave like, scars and stuff inside my mouth from it too. I have perfect teeth by the way and i have never had a cavity or anythin so it is not affecting my teeth, but can it couse anything bad? and do you know why I might be doing that? Honestly I dont feel like it hurts or anything and i dont just do it when i am nervous or anything! But my deentist is worried because i cant stop and like I bite at it everyday to the point wheere it bleeds and scars!! thanks
