I've seen this topic come up before but my
circumstances seem slightly different.
I'm 17 years old, size 6-8(UK) in tops and
8-10 in trousers mainly because of saddle
bags. I'm pretty toned due to dancing and
strict diet, my legs don't touch in the
middle, i'm quite flat chested and have
quite wide hips.
Leg lifts only tone the sides of my hips
but not my thighs, as do squats.
I definitely don't want to bulk up on top
to even it out because i'm already
relativley muscular for a girl.
Is there anything you can reccomend? (I
can't eat less, without jeopardising my
health).
