every week i dont have a bowel movement
for 3 days and i get bloated then when i
do go i am still bloated at both sides of
my upper abdomen which i think would be
top of colon still feels bloated and aches
and goes round to middle of my back .i
dont get any aching in my lower abdomen
just the top it happens every week .
anyone know what it could be.
