Ok, I know that I'm probably just working
myself up for nothing, but I forgot to
take my birth control pill yesterday
morning. I took it about 4 1/2 hours later
when I remembered. I know that it says as
long as you only miss one pill you're
fine, but I guess I just want to get a
second opinion of sorts. So, am I right
that I'm still protected? Can my boyfriend
and I have sex without a condom? Thanks
for any help!

4 hours later is not "late". You're fine
And even if you
miss one pill by a whole day, you're
fine.
You can always read the packet that comes
with your pills.
