My 13 Week Ultrasound Pic From NCT Scan

Hi Everyone
Well…I don't have to explain to any
first time Mom how exciting it is to see
your baby for the first time. I laughed
all the way through the ultrasound, which
lasted more than 30 minutes because the
baby wasn't in the proper position to take
the right measurements. It was so amazing
to watch the little one for a half an hour
just "being".
Here's a little quiz for ya.
While we were watching the little one
he/she did what of the following:
A) Sucked his thumb
B) Scratched his cheek
C) Picked his nose
D) Had the hiccups
E) Waved hello!
F) All of the above
If you guessed "All of the above" you are
correct. Now you know why I laughed
through the whole appointment - what a
funny little baby. Oh, and it was too
early to detect the gender yet, but with
all that "nose picking" it HAS to be a
boy. 
The results looked good. I still have to
wait for my blood tests, but the Doctor
said that everything look great. (One side
note: The Dr said that he/she had a VERY
nice brain).
I have attached our ultrasound photo.

That's a great picture. At my 11
week ultrasound we couldn't make out a
thing. That's great how active your baby
was it seems like he or she's gonna have a
very fun personality. At all 4 of my
ultrasounds my little one's been sleeping.
3 of the 4 times she had her arms crossed
over her face. If they scheduled midnight
ultrasounds then I know we'd see an active
baby, she keeps me up all night. Are you
hoping for a boy or girl?

Awe, sleeping with her arms over her face?
Cute!
I'm hoping for a healthy baby....either
gender please me. Although....if I didn't
have to make a decision about
circumcision, that would be a relief. I
don't even like to think about it!

OMG I can't believe that I missed this
post. What are beautiful baby you have
there Cheryl!!! I am so happy for you and
glad that everything is going well during
your pregnancy.
Are you planning on posting belly pics
sometime soon? I sure hope so because we
all love to see them.

Thanks girls
Here's a belly pic taken right after the
ultrasound....I just look fat at this
point. I only fit into 2 pairs of pants
that I own, so a trip to the Maternity
store is due this weekend. I can feel a
round hard ball in there when I lie on my
back in bed. But by the afternoon I'm so
bloated I can't tell what's what! Can't
wait to "pop" so people can actually tell
I'm pregnant and not just fat!

You are soooo beautiful... You are going

Christy's right, I cant wait for regular
belly pics...Maybe just a reminder post in
