Hi! We care. That is what this is about.
It does feel soooo lonely when you are
dealing with bpd. Spring is a bad time of
the year for those that suffer from bpd.
The cycles can become more rapid and more
intense. Have you talked to your doctor
about how you are feeling? A med.
adjustment may bring a bit more stability
to your life.
I wish I had the magic formula that would
make this go away for you and the many
others that suffer with bipolar disorder.
I can offer you suggestions, advice and an
open ear and heart. Hang in there. Call
your doc. Do something good for your self.
Let us know how you are. Hugs.

not only do we realize but we DO care.
You may not feel like it right now, but
one day soon you'll realize again that you
rock too!

I posted this message earlier but it did
not post. Stay away from the subject
unless you can feel someone out enough to
know whether you'll get a positive
response. One of the scariest parts of
this disease is that it comes with
automatic assumptions that you will hurt
someone, or have no concept of normal
life. This is not the case. We know
NORMAL LIFE and thats why we miss it.
Just try your best to turn your negative
responses to yourself into positive ones.
Recently had 9 deaths in 12 months and
when my cousin went into the hospital with
a serious illness found out that was a
blessing too. Had he not been in the
hospital he would not have made contact
with a son he has been trying to find for
15 yrs. I used to bring my own pin to
make sure I could have a battle. Not
anymore, because the more encouraging
words you read the more you will find that
you rock also. You just have to whip out
your inner sword and slay your dragon.
Need me? Just respond!

guy in the world and a friend calls
wanting to hang out and I make up some
excuse not to go anywhere and it's
terrible.
