Q: Update

Especially EHEALTHy
We took her to the hospital , waited around for a few hrs and finally got seen, 3 different drs looked at her, and they said most likely its an allergic reaction from the amoxicillin and it should go away in a few days, and she doesnt need any meds since she isnt itching it or anything. So basically just gotta make sure its gone in a few days otherwise then I dunno, but they wrote something but its in german to take to the clinic tomorow. But its nothing bad just an allergic reaction!

They are constantly checking Luke to make sure that he doesn't get rashes whenever he gets new antibiotics.

thats good, this is the first time jordynne was wever given antibiotics so live and learn. But the rash doesnt bother her at all. Joseph has only had antibiotics once when he was 8 mths old he had rotavirus and an ear infection at the same time! But they gave him omnicef. I gotta go up to the clinic tomorow and bring the paper they gave me in. Its all written in german so i dunno what it says. Ive never taken amoxicillin in my life so i wouldnt know if im allergic to it lol. Jasons the only one that has ever taken it in his life. But wow that rash looks horrid, if it is still there tomorow i will try and get some pics, the pics i posted in my other thread was before it was bad, today its like 10 times worse!

I'm so glad you took her in and it wasn't scarlet fever or chicken pox. But it's weird that the reaction didn't show up til after she was off the meds.
If it's still getting worse by tomorrow though, I'd take her back in.

evidently alot of kids are having reactions to the amoxicillin, she is the 3rd one they said and they havent changed the vendor or anything for the amoxicillin so its not like anew bath with a diff numbre or anything. He looked at the lymphnode again, hes callin the dr we saw at the hospital yesterday to see if they want to do a biopsy on it. SO hes gonna call me when he talks to that dr since it was super busy today.
