not that anyone cares but my diet is going
great.i just need to learn to eat more
than what i am eating.i was 180 now i am
134 i am so happy.

I wish i could lose that much weight, i
need to get back in the swing of eating
good etc, ive been workin my butt off
lately cleaning myhouse and rearranging
things and painting the walls and cleaning
my basement , alota exersize!

lost some here in the hospital but not
near enough.

at the begining of sept i was 180 about a
monh ago i started working out at the gym
i was 146 and i eat like 4 or 5 small
meals a day or just little snacks
i went to the dr yesterday and i was 130.
it was hard at first i was hungry all the
time now i have to force myself to eat.

way. I start working out soon so maybe I
will get results like you. I haven't lost
a single pound in several months.
