My question is, why do i still have fluid
in my breasts? My son is 12 now and I only
breastfed for 3 weeks. I have to squeeze
out the fluid to alleviate the pain
associated with it. (burning, sometimes
prickly) The doctors here say its normal.
I had a mammogram and my breasts were too
dense to tell anything. any comments?

If your son is 12 weeks old and you
stopped breastfeeding your breasts may
still produce some milk. If the mammogram
was inconclusive you could also request an
ultrasound scan.
