PCOS woman and pregnancy
Posted: 02-25-08 21:22pm

Hi everyone, My name is Stacy. I started out on this site asking questions because I was so scared. I thought an intro would be good for those who care...

I am 24 years old and 3 years ago we were told I had PCOS really bad and that we probably couldn't have children. I am 11 weeks pregnant. I live in an apartment with my boyfriend.

I just landed my dream job and started about a month and a half ago. I am very happy about being pregnant. This is GREAT! But scary.. I feel kinda anxious about it too

Over time I have logged in to this site and read about woman and pregnancy. I remember wishing I could one day do that too! Smile I am very happy to actually be able to post here and look forward to reading all of your stories too Smile

Oh man I was a nervous wreck when I found out I was pregnant, I was obsessed over everything at first and very anxious too. That faded fast and I became comfortable with everything and became very proud and confident for the rest of my pregnancy. I have a "brag" book now showing all my glamorous belly pics lol. I loved it, best experience of my life, once I got over being so anxious, would do it again, and the pain is sooooooooo worth it in the end, even my 3rd degree tear lol. Congrats to you, wish you the best. Smile

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm 25 and 19 weeks pregnant with my first child. My husband and I are so excited. I know exactly what you mean about being scared and anxious, I think that's normal but it's gets so great once your out of your first trimester all the annoying stuff goes away, and the first time you feel your baby move makes it all worth it. Good Luck with everythng and I'll tell you now as a first time mother this sight has been a saving grace for me on all the little weird freak outs and makes you realize your totally normal!
