joints and muscles and feel decreased
movement and my doctor told me i have an
essential tremor but recently i noticed my
tongue shakes or spasm or tremors i really
dunt no wat to call it and it doesnt

The only thing I can thing of in terms of
stress/anxiety, is the fact that you might
be contracting your muscles, unwittingly.
I get head tremors and sometimes even hand
tremors when I'm in certain social
situations and due to the fact that it
only happens when I am in a
stressfull/anxious situation, I can rule
out other neurological/physical problems.
Can you pinpoint when these symptoms
occur?

I get these tremors too.. I think it's
just stress and your body is 'reacting' to
the stress
