when erected but when my penis is not
erected it can get really small like an
inch this doesnt happen all the time.
could this mean that i am still growing or
not gonna grow?
also when i pee sometimes clear semen
comes out not alot just a little bit whats
up with that?

How do you know it's clear semen? It's
possible to have a bit come out after
orgasm. That's normal.

Don't worry about being small when not
erect either. Every guy can have a time
where he gets a really small penis. For
some reason whenever I play sport mine
just shrinks right up, could be
temperature which is a common reason.

..that's average, worry if it's the size
of a pimple. But if you want more look up
'jelqing', it worked for me gave my penis
a cm more with just a month of doing it,
had to stop cuz it just takes too much
time.

5 1/2 inches is definitely average and
nothing to worry about. I personally
don't like penises much bigger than that;
they hurt and bump into my cervix. The
size when it is not erect does not matter
at all and has nothing to do with
anything.
