Dropped BP with Zona machine Posted: 02-26-08 23:51pm
I started the Zona Machine about a year
ago, my baseline pressure was 150/95,
started on 3 meds but that was horrible,
side effects (tired, etc) so I started to
search for non medication method. On meds
alone pressure was down to around 135/85,
but my doctor wanted it lower. About 6
weeks after starting the Zona I noticed
for the first time systolic below 130 and
diastolic below 80. It has continued to
drop to the point where I am now down to
low dose of 1 drug (started with 3) and
last Sunday my pressure was 109/64 on the
same machine (at Sams) that I got my
original reading of 150/95. I even think
my internist is beginning to buy into it,
which really suprises me. I know there
are many skeptics out there, but I have
really been suprised and pleased with the
results I have achieved. There are many
folks out there with same concerns I had
so I hope this helps. Whatever you do,
just get your pressure down and keep it
down, I am an RN who works in a cath lab,
so I see first hand the effects or what
that high pressure does to the vascular
endothelium.
