late period cramps pregnant ? Posted: 02-27-08 16:33pm
Here's my problem: My period was supposed
to be around the 19th, but it's late. I've
had some cramps on and off for the last
few days, but all I've had was white
discharge instead of blood. I also had the
flu not long before I was supposed to get
my period, which is still not here. Is
this normal? Should I take a pregnancy
test? Thanks for any input

If you've missed your period then yes you
should take a HPT. ramps in early
pregnancy are quite common as well is
discharge. Are you TTC?

no, not at all. I think its a normal
amount of discharge and most people have
said that the flu probably threw it off.
Should I be worried?

The flu could have thrown it off because
being sick can cause stress which in
return can delay your cycle. But to be on
the safe side seeing as how you have tech.
missed it as of now, I would go a head and
take a HPT. If it's neg. fine but if it's
pos. then you need to schedule a dr.
appointment asap!
