I am taking Stan's and everyone's advice
and am going to kick my caffeine
addiction. While I have made alot of
progress in stopping symptoms, I know I
need to end my love for caffinated
coffee.
I have a blog to monitor progress.

Sounds good so far! Keep in mind one
thing, though. If you DO have
hypoglycemia, up and down days are a
natural part of the healing process, don't
think something is wrong and stop if this
happens WAY after you finish the caffeine
withdrawal.

Yes, Stan, I have heard you speak of
relapse days and that in itself sounds
depressing. However, you also said that
eventually you finally beat all of your
symptoms and that sounds great. Thanks for
the advice.
