as long as you're generally a clean person
and use a water based lubricant, you
should be fine. I would suggest, though,
making sure you don't have to go to the
bathroom before you start.
I would suggest getting warmed up with a
dildo, because A) You'll be a little more
loosened up for it and B) You'll be able
to tell if you're clean enough. I find
that if you are generally a clean person,
there's no need to worry about a mess,
though.

You can also try buying an enema kit, just
google the same and you'll find quite a
few come up. Apparently they're also good
for cleaning your colon, the more you know
