Did anyone try exercises to strengthen your jam to cure TMJ? does this really work? add your oppinions please.

I highly doubt that it works--it sounds too good to be true----most of the time when it sounds too good to be true it usually is. and remember that just because you find the advertisement on this site does not mean that it is a sure fire thing. these adds are what keep us going--we have no controll over the adds that show up here. Ive seen this one before and tried it--I got nothing
