I am in need of assistance.
My husband doesnt understand and I do not
know what to do.
My story...
I took 6 preg. test, 2 negative, 2
slightly seen positive line and 2
positive. The next day of the positive
tests i scheduled my abortion.
I had already been to this dr once for a
preg that was 8 weeks along.
Went in for the procedure but they didnt
see anything when the vaginal ultra sound
was done. They told me I needed to pay
the $150 for the ultra sound plus $60 for
blood work to see if it was a ectopic (sp)
preg. and come back 2 days later for more
blood work at another $60 plus another
$150 for ultrasound.
i did this. luckily i had my income tax
check. i had no where else to go and
trusted the dr.
so..
4 days later the dr said my hormone levels
were increasing like a typical preg. and
to come in that sat for the procedure. i
did. right before i went in they
approached me iwth a waiver to sign for a
early pregnancy that they might not get
it....i had no idea that this was what was
going on. i signed it anyway...
now i am scared.
the follow up is a additional $100. i
dont have it after paying total of $320
for the abortion additional $150 for
ultrasound and $120 total in blood
work...
now
i feel bad. i bleed a tiny bit after the
procedure. then tuesday I started bleeding
heavily. tuesday was 4 days after the
actual procedure. it felt like i was
going through a miscarriage yesterday.
which i have had before. i started having
heavy heavy cramping every 30 minutes for
some hours then I started bleeding.
since i really need to go in for the
follow up but dont have a dime to do it i
am scared to death. i am thinking i
should wait this out but what if it wasnt
successful.
my boobs are still tender like i am
pregnant but the pain i have been in like
a miscarriage leads me to believe that
nothing could survive.
my next paycheck is not till the 15th and
we are flat broke till then. my best
conclusion to do is if the pain gets worse
to go to the ER....
sorry this is so drawn out but i am scared
and just owuld like to know if anyone else
has experienced this.....

I am reposting because I had to take a
step back and some deep breaths...
when I wrote this I was really upset at
myself. i firmly believe the doctor I
went to now, is just out for himself. i
called again and cant come in unless I
pay. in which i cant at this moment.
this disgusts me at doing this to myself.
this was and still is the best decision
but i am still scared.
i am still bleeding and passing clots
about the size of dimes to quaters and
some have what looks like hard tissue in
them...
i have always past clots when on my period
so this doesnt scare me, what scares me is
what really did the doctor do to me. i
know i was pregnant but was it necessary
to do it so soon and so forth. now
looking back i was not put in a good
position and i allowed myself to go
through this by trusting him....
i still want opinions or thoughts on my
post but just checking back in...

I am sorry you are going through this!
I know that after an abortion you may
still have symptoms of pregnancy. The
hormones are still in your body.
If you are bleeding badly, and everyone is
different but usually there is bleeding
after an abortion, you need medical care.
The doctor is obligated to help you and it
only looks bad for the doctor if something
happens to his patients. Have you
explained your bleeding to him?
If he is still unresponsive, go to the ER
and get a lawyer. I am not sure where you
are at in this world but if you need
medical care go to a hospital. It is more
important that you are okay than worry
about what people will think/how they will
treat you/ if they find out you had an
abortion.
