does anyone know if alcohol is bad for
lupus. does it specifically cause a lupus
flare? obviously i know not to drink with
some of my medication but i wonder whats
the actually problems of a glass wine with
lupus? i've heard many different things.
also does anyone know if its "beer and
wine is okay but hard liquour is a no-no?"

Hello I am Kalief and have had lupus for
about 6 years now and my doctor has never
had a problem with me drinking. But once
and that was because my liver test was
very low and he wanted to know if it was
my lupus. So I had to go one month and a
half without drinking. Then after that he
increased my meds and that part of me now
is good for now. I hope this helps.
