I'm 13 years old and i'm 14 in august

something is realy bothering me, I have
these lumps on my chest on both sides, I
am realy worried about this, and feel like
asking someone, but i'm too embarrised I
know it sounds stupid cause it could be
quite serious but I realy don't have there
guts to ask someone...
Ive been looking on the internet and stuff
but I couldn't get enough infomation, to
be sure of what it is. At first I
thought it could be cancer, but looking on
some websites and stuff, it's left me
right in the middle... What other things
could it be? I'm not very fat, i'm a
little chubby I weigh 9 stone, and im 5,3
tall... What are the chances of it being
cancer?? Or any dangerouse desease? It
doesn't hurt even if I hit it, but
sometimes when I wake up they realy ache
when I touch them. Apart from that
they're just like a extra part of the body
with no iretations or anything.
Edit: oh yea and the all the lumps are
half the size of a pea, or just a little
smaller
please I realy want to know... I realy
want to be a rapper or something when i'm
older(laugh all you like lol), well my
mates think I have a real good voice, and
I am quite fast at rapping, but I wanna
practice, and get into shape for it...
But
when I come to working on it, I lose
concerntation, and feel like the whole
thing is pointless cause I have the
feeling like im going to die cause of
these lumps I have. It may be a sad
story, but it's what I wanna do, and this
is preventing it.

And i'm too embarrisd and scared to ask a
member of family, I would walk up to the
hosbital, it's only up the road from where
I live, and ask if a doctor could have a
look it 'em, but I know being a hosbital
and all, they wouldn't do it without a
appointment, and i'm only 13 so I would
likley need a perent to get me one. So
i'm pretty screwed...
