I'm so scared I got my
prescription a day late and had sex 3 days
later. It was semi-unprotected as my
boyfriend pulled out before he came. Ive
never seen him have any kind of
pre-ejaculation fluid of any kind. I had
some abdominal pain (around my right
ovary) and have been having some lower
back pain. I dont know if this is all in
my head or what, but i'm really worried.
Is it too soon for me to take a test? I
still have about two weeks until my period
is supposed to come. Could I be pregnant?

When you got your prescription you should
have taken the first pill and then the
pill you were supposed to take on that
day. If you had done that im pretty sure
that you woulda still been covered, but im
not too sure about missing one
completely....

Oh I did do that, so I ended up taking two
in one day

Hmm, well I just went and did some
research and found this.
Missed pills: late start
the most common way women get pregnant
while using the pill is starting late.
1 day late starting the next package: take
2 pills as soon as you remember and one
pill each day after. Use a backup form of
birth control for two weeks.
2 days late starting the next package:
take 2 pills per day for 2 days, then
continue as usual. Use a backup form of
birth control for two weeks.
3 or more days late starting the next
package: call the clinic for instructions.
However I missed one pill completely and
took 2 the next day, and forgot to take my
other one the next day, and had to take 2
the next day... And I still got my period
at the end of the month. Try not to worry
too much about being pregnant, or your
body will try and trick you into believing
that you are. If you don't get your
period, take a test a week after it was
