I am a victim of fluoroquinolone
poisoning, an adverse reaction to
fluoroquinolone antibiotics (fqs) such as
cipro (ciprofloxacin), floxin (ofloxacin)
and levaquin (levofloxacin). If you have
ever taken fqs and subsequently suffered a
sudden onset of chronic neurological
conditions (recurring episodes of
migraines, seizures, convulsions,
dizziness, vision problems and/or ear
ringing- often worsening at night) and/or
joint and muscle pains you may also be a
victim.
Clinical studies have clearly demonstrated
the damage fqs can cause to the central
nervous system, muscles and joints, but no
study has ever been conducted to determine
the long-term effects of these powerful
drugs. As such, doctors refuse to accept
that fqs are the cause of their
patient’s debilitating condition,
which can last for years. Many victims
are misdiagnosed with ms,
parkinson’s, lupus and other
diseases, even when their tests for these
diseases come up negative.
