When Did U Start When U Were Preg? Posted: 05-12-04 11:14am
Im j/w, ,when did everyone start goin to
see the doc every 2 weeks? I am 29.5
weeks and still dont go 2 times a month...
I dont go again till the 27th which is 4
weeks from my last one. .Then after that
I go in 3 weeks from that.. Then when I
hit 35 I go once a week. Just wondering
cuz I tohught most people did 2 times a
month already by now..... Thanks!

For my son I only went once a month until
my last month and a half, then after that
I went every week. I never went every
two weeks. Sorry that's all I know. I
guess every hosp. Is different.

I'm 29 weeks and I went to see my doc when
I was 28 weeks and she already had me
scheduled to see her next week. I see her
every two weeks now. I dont know why ur
not yet? She said when ur 36 weeks is
when u start goin every week too so maybe
u can call ur doctor and ask her when u
start seein her every 2 weeks?

He said he doesnt do the 2 weeks thing. I
will see him next at 32 weeks.. Then
again at 35. Then every week. Is that
weird?

With all my pregnancies i've had the same
doctor and went once a month until about
35-36 weeks when I started going once a
week. I never went twice a month, but
every doctor is different.

I'm 30 weeks today and I started going
every 2 weeks at 28 weeks so my doc appt
is this week, that sounds kinda wierd
though, i've never heard of a doctor doing
that, I thought u go 2 times a month after
28 weeks!

Thats what I thought too... But maybe ur
doctor feels that ur pregnancy is going
good and theres no need to see u every 2
weeks? You could ask him why some do 2
and why some do 3 if u want... I guess it
just means u get pricked in the finger
less! Hehe!

My doc told me when the thir trimester
starts then I have to see him every 2
weeks, then in the last month every week.
My doctor is really nice, im glad I
changed.
