I sometimes have a short sharp pain in my leg and then my leg starts shaking for a few minutes. Does anyone know what this is caused from or has anyone experienced this? It normally happens at night when I am in bed. Thanks!

Muscle spasm maybe? If thats in fact what it is, I don't know what to tell you on how to fix it.. Sorry
