I'm just wondering if anybody knows what's
going on here. I'm only 19 years old but
my left testicle seems to be way too
sensitive. I've checked for lumps for
cancer and haven't found anything, the
only thing I could attribute it to is when
I was 14 I was kicked really hard in the
left one and it's been sensitive ever
since. Now, it seems just sleeping a
little too wrong, having the pressure of a
bladder being full to long, or any mild
trauma will cause them to hurt like a
health forum for the next few days and
often swell up (mainly on the left). And
the pain is always on the left, though
i've noticed a slight sensitivity in the
right on occasion, probably just referred
pain though. So I don't know what to make
of this, but i'm sure hoping it's not
something serious. Any help would really
be appreciated.

This could be a very serious problem, and
I would advise you see a urologist
immiediately. The reason being it could
very well be a hernia in the lower groin,
pressing against the tube that carries
seman from that particular testicle.
There are a few infections that will cause
pain in the testicles, however, a hernia
is the most obvious one when only on one
side.
Do you have any other symptons, such as
pain on your left side, can be very dull
or mild, etc?
