Wassup everyone? I'm new here and is glad to find this site. I'm 17 and lately i've been having baby fever...Ya know? Actually for the past week soon after I had my period, my bf and I been trying to concieve. Is it wrong to feel like this? Wanting to have a baby so bad... How long do it take for a person to find out that she is pregnant anyway? I mean yeah, after missing a period is a total sign but I wanna find out earlier than that. Is that possible?

Hi, I am new to this site also, 17 and about 11-13 weeks pregnant, I am not totally sure, that's the guess my doctor gave me at my last appt. After getting a pap smear. I am married to the guy that I made the baby with. And I definitely cant say it was on purpose, but once it all sinks into your head, you get over being scared and move towards, looking forward to it. So no it wasn't for attention, no it was because I wanted a baby so bad, and I will never call my baby a mistake or accident, but he/she wasn't planned.

Kerri he or she was a surprise!! pnaimami- its not bad the have those feelings and urges, however I would suggest on waiting a little longer. I know that some women just "know" that they are pregnant before they miss their period and other don't know until several weeks later! My story is this, I didn't know, didn't have any urges, but my bf austin woke up one night and said you have to take a pg test. I said why and he said because I had a dream that you are pregnant. Sure enough I had a blood test at the doctor and found out that I was 8 weeks! Good luck and best wishes -jessika-

I know I should wait...Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to have a slight cramp when you become pregnant? I'm really having this cramp...It doesn't hurt, it kinda tickles. Congratulations to you and keep me updated ok.

Oh yeah thats completely normal, it is because of the ligaments and your uterus stretching and contracting to fit the baby!! I never really had it until recently, I was put on bedrest because I was having false labor contractions and I was under too much stress, so yeah then I come to find out that I am almost 36 weeks pregnant instead of 34 weeks! Oh am I gonna have pretty stretch marks! Lol good luck hun and keep us posted!! Gl and bw -jessika-
