Anyone Have a Vas-clip?

My fiance is planning to get a vas-clip, the new alternative to a vasectomy. Is there anyone who's had one implanted who can share information on how it affects you mentally, physically and/or emotionally, physiologically, erotically? Thanks in advance for your feedback. Laughing Laughing Laughing
