My bf and I have been having sex since
february. The first time we had sex was
at the end of february, my pervious period
had been in the second week of february.
My next period had not come until the end
of march (24th) and then it came again on
april 24th. So now I was expecting my
next period on may 24th or so and it never
came. My boyfriend suffers from slight
panic attacks and has dreams that effect
him too, so he was and has been overly
worried. The last time this happened we
took a pregnancy test and it came back
negative.
We took the test again on may 28th, the
day it should have been "on time" and the
test came back negative again. I still
havent had my period and im not too
worried considering the test came up
negative, but what should I do?

The best option here is to simply wait
about a week to see if your period comes.
Because you are only a couple of days
late, the test you took may not of
detected the hormone hcg. If you are
pregnant, in a week your body will produce
more of the hormone, which will be
detected more easily by a test. In a week
if your period still hasn't come and you
get another negative test you are not
pregnant. There are many things that can
affect the time your period comes; stress,
exercise, eating habits, etc. I am not
sure if you are trying to become pregnant,
but if you aren't, you may want to think
of getting on some form of birth control.
Good luck.
