I am 3 and half weeks late for my period,
I normaly dont have regular cycles but
normaly anything from 28 to 38 days its
now 51 days since last period.
I have took a home test last week which
was negative, is it still possible to be
pregnant??
Also I am over weight would this make any
difference to amount of pregnancy hormone
in my body???
My partner wants a baby so would be
pleased if I am but im worrie as with
being over weight wuld lead to problems in
pregnancy
i have doc appointment on tues 8th, which
by then would be late for second period

Hey ya.. Well I would have thought it
would have come up on the pregnancy test,
but if you are pregnant then the doctor
would confirm it. I had the exact same
problem last month.. I was about 48 days
late (something like that) I did some home
preg tests which came out negative and
also went to the doctors who confirmed I
wasn't pregnant.
How old are ya by the way?

A pt would definitely show it by now if
you were pregnant. I think you are
definitely not.

Protection?

Did you use protection or are you on birth
control? If so, is it the pill or the
patch.. My dad and his girlfriend have
had bad experiences with the patch.. She
now has a baby boy that was an
accident..
I don't know much about late periods, but
i'm sure the home tests could make
mistakes. Your best bet would be to check
with your doctor and he will let you know
for sure. I hope all goes well.

Can I Have Some Advice

I am 15 years old about to turn 16. I had
sex around 3 months ago. I dont think
that I am pregnant but I dont know. I
never took a pregnancy test yet because I
have not had any symptoms or anything. I
still have my period but its a little
lighter than normal though. We did use
protection but then I started my other
pack of birth control pills but they made
me sick so I quit taking them. Could that
have hurt my baby if I was pregnant. I
quit taking them when they started to make
my stomic hurt. Sometimes I feel like
there is something moving around in my
stomich but my periods come every week so
thats why I dont worry. Can you please
give me some advice

I heard the pill won't hurt the baby (but
you should definately stop taking them).
The pill wouldn't be making your stomach
hurt because of the baby though. That's
probably something else. Take a test!

I am about 16 years old. I had sex 8 days
ago. I am experiencing cramping. Its not
to bad but I never have this problem. I
know its only 8 days but could cramping be
one of the signs that I might could be
pregnant. Or is it to early to tell?

I have had sex 14 days ago. My breasts
have been tender for the last day or two.
My friends and I wrestle around and stuff
and they play kinda ruff....If I am
pregnant could that of hurt my baby. I
stopped doin that but I just wanted to
know if that only time we wrestled around
could of hurt my baby. My breasts are
really tender.. Sometimes I dont even
want to wair a bra because they kinda hurt
bad. I dont know if its growing pains or
something but it does hurt. Im starting
to eat a little bit more than I used to,
not much though, but could that be a sign
or is it to early to say?

Its hard to say, yes sore breast is one
simptom, but like you said, it could be
growing pains, and some times you can get
sore breast before your period. The best
thing anyone can tell you is take a test
after your missed period.
