Hi, has anyone here used this supplement, called serenity, as a lithium substitute? The company who makes it has ingeniusly flooded all inquiries on google, etc. With responses only from their own company. I am terrified to start taking lithium, as my psychiatrist is recommending, and was hoping to find someone who has had any success with serenity. Thanks so much if you have anything you can share, lisa

I have never heard of serenity. I was on lithium though for about three years. It made me tired, but other than that it didn't bother me too much. If I come across anything I will let you know.
