Do you have to have pain in your stomach or can it be in your lower back on the right side to have a appendicitis?

usually with appendicitis you have pain around your belly button then it move's down about 6 inches around your abdominal area and also with appendicitis you have the pain on the right side , fever of 99 - 102, and nausea or vomiting but then again everybody is different like with me I have only had the pain and the nausea and my doctor is sending me to a surgon.
