Pap Smears And Pregnancy Results? Posted: 06-09-04 13:36pm
Whenever you get a pap smear is it
possible for them to tell if you are
pregnant because I got an abnormal pap
back, and the doctor said I should come
and to bring my mom with me incase I was
upset to drive. I think I just found out
I am pregnant but I am not capable of
having a child now. Do they do any tests
when they do the pap smear that would show
if im pregnant or not or do I most likely
just have a abnormal pap and something
else is wrong?

I'm a bit confused about your question.
Are you asking if an abnormal pap could
mean you are preg?

My last pap was abnormal also, they just
asked me to come in again in 4 months
which is in august. I talked to my mom
about it and she said thats its probably
because the cells were changing and that
it was probably nothing serious. But I
dont know in your case since they want you
to come in it could be something serious,
but I dont know if it could be that your
pregnant or not. Good luck and let us
