Okay. Here we go.
I started the nuvaring two weeks ago .
Since then, I have noticed irregular
bleeding on a day-to-day basis, and it's
starting to bother me. The reason why I
started the nuvaring was to be able to
skip my period when I go on vacation at
the end of the month, so I was given two
samples of the ring. But this bleeding is
starting to get to me, it really is. I've
heard of this happening to other people,
so how long does this usually last?
Also, I was given sample packs of birth
control pills to try, also. If I were to
use the pills instead of the ring to skip
my period this month, would it work?
Because I know a lot of birth control
pills do not become fully effective in
preventing pregnancy for at least a month,
but would having the stream of hormones in
your body, regardless, allow you skip
it?
I'm pretty sure that's all my questions
for now. I would greatly appreciate any
help and answers!
