Not necessarily. They could be swollen
because they need to be removed?Maybe. If
you are worried, the best thing to do is
go get tested for hiv/ aids.

If you are worried about hiv, go to a
clinic & have an hiv test. Keep in
mind that you know nothing about the
people who answer your postings here.
